Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Liberty Engineering 301066601 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Litton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Link-Belt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Liebert product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Litton such as the 5Y8970444 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLB6847R manufactured by Link-Belt and we are pleased to be able to service most Link-Belt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0278648910REV3 by Manufacturer Liebert as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lighting-Protection Brand LPC202052 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as OMD00000 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FCEU336 made by Link-Belt as well as the popular A1100GPLC0SI0001502052 original spares produced by Linmot

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1077 by Lincoln and OMD00000 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS7108512 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linx.
